The focus is always your highest self, your ultimate and evolving vision for your life, your uniqueness, and ever present opportunity for you to be in the driving seat of our life. On the way we'll explore whatever is current, the obstacles, the patterns, habits and nervous system tendencies for safety, defence or protection, as we bring awareness to and remove all the blocks to love. Ultimately self love is the key - something we are never taught. Self responsibility, ownership and authority overtake self doubt as we journey more deeply into the knowing of who you are. As we reveal and rewire, you'll see new choices arise as space is freed up.

As your coach I walk along side you a while. You'll have someone in your corner who understands what it's like to be in your position - not the details, but the feelings and sensations in the body, the thought processes, the distractions away from what you really want to be doing. We move always in the knowing of what is right and best for you, and begin honouring that above all else so that your body, your thought processes and your outer actions move into alignment. You'll see your outer world and the reflections it brings starting to change and reflect back in different ways.

I'll challenge the ways you currently see yourself and the world, your belief structures, habit patterns and automations, and assist in revealing the truth behind them, your unmet needs, and the messages in your behavioural repetitions.

We'll meet your genius and enable it to play in the world, internally and externally. As long held patterns start to release they'll free up space to explore unknown territory and create new choices from your clarity. New projects may arise, new visions of the future too. You'll get to dream big and start to shape that reality into actuality. All the while stepping into the life that you always new was possible
